A fully self contained 3 bedroom cottage adjacent to Lake Haven Castle,
home of your hosts Pieter and Glenda Hofland. The castle and cottage are set on the hill in a quiet cul-de-sac, with sandstock brick and cedar windows taking advantage of the picturesque Budgewoi lake and ocean views beyond.

The cottage is very cosy with 2 upstairs loft bedrooms and an additional bedroom downstairs. Ceiling fans, air conditioning and fresh ocean breezes provide comfort all year round.

The living room features a log fireplace, remote controlled TV and video.
A CD, tape player and piano is supplied for all your music needs. The dining room leads onto a sunny courtyard with gas BBQ facilities and outdoor furnature, providing an ideal setting to enjot the expansive panoramic views.... or simply be entertained by the native birds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer. electric oven, hotplates, microwave, electric frypan, crockery, wine glasses, cooler, cutlery, electric jug, cofee machine and wok. Or if you don't feel like cooking, tempt your tastebuds with a dining experience to suit every occasion from fast food outlets, casual bistros and smorgasboards, outdoor cafes to fine dining restaurants, some being only a short stroll away. Cottage breqakfast can aslo be supplied if required.

Enjoy the luxury of a bath as well as shower, both water temperature thermostatically controlled, hair dryer, heated towel rack and seperate toilet. For your comfort, towels, linen, pillows and doona are all supplied.z
We maintain a smoke-free environment indoors.

Just a short stroll down the hill is the nearby shopping centre (the third largest on the Central Coast), or you can leisurly brows through the local antique shops and country-style stores or even pick up a few bargains at one of the weekend markets.
